Commercial Recycling in Loughborough

Baler and compactor hire

Many Loughborough sites save money by baling cardboard and film on site. We supply and service balers and compactors on hire, then collect the bales. Book a free waste audit and we’ll tell you whether a baler makes sense for your volumes.

Loughborough recycling FAQs

Where is your site?

Our yard is on Wymeswold Industrial Park, Wymeswold Lane, Burton-on-the-Wolds, about 5 miles from Loughborough town centre.

Is there a minimum quantity?

Collections in Loughborough are arranged around what your site produces. Baled material, or a full skip or trailer, gives the best price per tonne. For sites outside the East Midlands, loads generally need to be around 5 tonnes or more.

Do you pay for cardboard and plastic?

We pay rebates on good, clean, separated grades. The rate depends on the material, quantity and market prices at the time, and we confirm it before we collect.

Do you collect general waste or single wheelie bins?

No. We don’t run refuse vehicles, so we can’t empty general waste bins or collect single bags. We focus on recyclable materials collected by skip, rigid lorry or trailer.
