Commercial Recycling in Coalville
Recycling and waste management for Coalville businesses
Coalville and North West Leicestershire are home to some of the largest warehouses in the Midlands, around Bardon and junction 22 of the M1, along with manufacturers on the town’s industrial estates. Between them they produce a lot of cardboard, stretch wrap and plastic packaging.
Our yard at Wymeswold is in Leicestershire too, so Coalville is close to home. That means regular collections, quick responses when bales or skips are ready, and fewer miles on every load. We recycle everything on our own site and pay rebates on clean, separated grades.
What we collect in Coalville
- Cardboard from warehouses, distribution and manufacturing
- Stretch wrap, pallet wrap and polythene film
- Plastic pallets, crates and trays
- Paper, office waste and print waste
- Confidential paper for secure shredding
Collections that fit your site
For large distribution sites we can supply mill-size balers on hire and collect full loads on curtain-side rigids or articulated trailers. Smaller units can use RORO skips. Collections are scheduled around your site, weekly, fortnightly or when you’re full.
Turn packaging waste into income
If you’re paying a general waste contractor to take away cardboard and film, you may be throwing money away. Separating cardboard, plastics and paper and baling them can turn a cost into a rebate. Start with a free waste audit.
Coalville recycling FAQs
Do you cover the rest of North West Leicestershire?
Yes. We collect from Coalville, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Ibstock, Castle Donington and across the whole of Leicestershire, our home county. See also our Loughborough and Leicester pages.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Collections in Coalville are arranged around what your site produces. Baled material, or a full skip or trailer, gives the best price per tonne. For sites outside the East Midlands, loads generally need to be around 5 tonnes or more.
Do you pay for cardboard and plastic?
We pay rebates on good, clean, separated grades. The rate depends on the material, quantity and market prices at the time, and we confirm it before we collect.
Do you collect general waste or single wheelie bins?
No. We don’t run refuse vehicles, so we can’t empty general waste bins or collect single bags. We focus on recyclable materials collected by skip, rigid lorry or trailer. We can also take confidential paper for secure shredding.
